A few random pics from Precamp, Thanks Nancy

Hillary Hines, Lexi, and Kalista were listening to instructions to start the 1/2 week of camp.
Here is all of Cabin 2.
There is never a dull moment at Precamp.

The only time the campers sit still is Bible class, the eyes tend to get VERY heavy!
Lexi told me this was her favorite part, she LOVED the shaving cream!
And, every one's favorite pic. Nancy took this at flag raising one morning. She is so beautiful!

First time Campers

They have either visited, worked, or just hung out, but this is the first time they are all campers. And let me just say they were all very excited.

Our Lexi Girl

Our little poser turned 6!!We started the day at Silver Dollar City with Gracie, Aunt Lissa, Kalista, and Isaac.
And we ended the day at Wendy's with Daddy and then home for cake that she decorated herself.
She is really growing up, our little 1st grader.
Such a precious girl.
I can't believe she is grown up enough to head off to Ne-o-tez as a camper this Sunday!! I really haven't thought about it that much, not worried at all. Matter-of-fact I practically laughed at people when they seemed worried for me that we are sending her off for two days without us. I then would explain to them that there are SO many people down there that will totally watch her and make sure she is safe. However, last night I watched the weather, and it is calling for severe storms on Monday and Tuesday-ugh! So, since I am a tornado/thunderstorm freak, now I'm worried. I know she will be fine even if there is severe weather they have all dealt with it before, but to make me feel a little better please say a little prayer for all the campers and staff to be safe, learn lots about God, make new friends, and have tons of fun for the coming up precamp week.

The class of 09

This year's seniors wanted to make some memories and who better to make memories regarding...Mr. E. Their last Monday of school they convinced the Assistant Principal, Mr. Lewis, to let them into Jon's office at 1 A.M. to have some fun. Now this was a well planned/thought out prank. All of the seniors that participated were asked to sign a paper saying they would not harm, take, or destroy any of his property. So, they turned down all picture frames and started blowing...and blowing...and blowing, more then 2000 balloons to completely fill his office. They signed some balloons and made him a really nice card with safety pin attached. He had no clue any of this was happening till he walked into school and saw his windows on both of his doors covered up.
Here is his office. His back door is almost completely covered.
Remember Jon is 6'5'' and he is standing in this picture popping his first balloon.
The kids helped him pop most of the balloons (they saved some that had writing on it). Jon said since Mr. Lewis wanted to be involved so much why not include him more by putting all of these popped balloon pieces into his office.
A really funny part was when Mr. Lewis walked into school the kids had him convinced that Jon was really mad about the whole thing! Ha-he said, "Guess, I missed judged that one." Of course Jon wasn't mad at all. It was good clean fun and way better then spray painting anything like classes in years past have done.
Now, the good ol' class of '09 wasn't done. At graduation every single one of them had a small balloon in hand to present to Mr. Earnhart as they shook his hand on stage. But, this time Jon was ready and when the first person handed him a balloon he reached into his suit jacket and pulled out a trash bag-everyone laughed.
Good times.
