...and we got it!

After days of it barely hanging on I finally just pinned her down and pulled it. She screamed bloody murder the whole time and is probably completely scarred for life, but now she is SO excited!! The adult tooth behind has no hope, she will look crazy till braces time, but what can ya do?
Here are my questions....1. What to do with the tooth now? Save it? File 13 it? and 2. What is the going rate for teeth? quarter? $1?
I need suggestions...

First Days 2009

The first Monday in August I started back at work, so the girls started back at their daycare/Gracie's preschool. They were SO excited to get back to their friends. On the way there I heard Gracie telling Lexi, "If I see you on the playground I am not going to play with you because I need to spend time with my friends."
Gracie all ready to go back to the 4's with Ms. Debbie.

Then today Lexi started back at big people school-1st grade!!
Gotta have the HM backpack!
All ready to go...(Gracie fixed her own hair)

Everyone had great first days, we are all just really tired right now. The rest of this week should be fun, I get to help move our entire special ed office to our new office!! We are so excited, I actually get a real desk!!

It's Showtime....at the Hines' House

Like most little girls our kids LOVE putting on shows for everyone. They would put a lot of time and effort preparing for the show. We (the adults) had assigned seats, pretend beverages and drinks waiting for us.I love the one glove.
One of the best parts was Lexi and Hillary's special hand shake...da, da, da...BAM!!

Other parts that had us (the adults) laughing so hard we were crying were the songs that were made up on the spot and included lyrics like, "But, I just love you" and "best time to take a picture." Lexi was even skilled at turning a two syllable word into an 18 syllable word all completely out of tune--It was great! And I can't forget the forward rolls--poor Hillary hit the wall every time!

And a huge thank-you goes out to the behind the scenes crew Hyatt videoing, and Hayden and Lee Lee on lights.
We stayed at the Hines' house the longest ever-almost two weeks. Most people think we are crazy (them for having people in their house that long and us for staying that long) no matter how long we stay it never seems long enough.
Now we are counting the days till New Years so we can hit the "clubhouse" again, and daily thanking God for our "once in a lifetime" friends.
