Merry Christmas to all of you. This is my first scanned image on MY Christmas present, a little early I know. We had this picture taken a few weeks ago. The story of most of my pictures, Lexi smiling and Gracie refusing to smile. Gracie made sure to tell me many times after the picture that she did not want to smile. OK, whatever. I don't dress them up for Santa pix any more since we just get them taken when we see there is no line. They can have my $20 for one 5X7, but they will not take my time or my sanity away from me, the parking lot of the mall already has those things taken. Wednesday, December 19, 2007

All I can say is...at least Gracie isn't screaming her head off. We have several Santa pictures with Parker looking like we are torturing him. And if I wanted a Santa pic now, I'd have to be the one sitting on his lap! ha
What no hands on the hips, no arms in the air and no huge tears for Gracie - hardly seems like the girls! Nancy
You gotta love santa pics. Luckily here in Chicago we have a FREE santa at the Christkindlmarkt. That means you see Santa and take your own pictures or have them take one for you for $5. We have to go sometime this week still. She promises she will sit on his lap this year. First year, she sat on my lap, last year she shook his hand--so we'll see.
This is our first year to actually have both boys smiling and HAPPY to see Santa. Mine are 6 and 4, so maybe in a couple years for you?
The picture is still cute and it will bring many laughs in years to come. One of my favorite Santa pictures is when Joshua is standing two feet away and Caleb is in Santa's lap, red-faced and screaming.
gotta love gracie.....We cant wait to see you all. What did the girls ask for??? Megan told Santa she wants to be surprised!!! Guess she will be! :)
