How much do you enjoy Halloween? It's not so much Halloween that I enjoy, mostly just everything about the fall season. (clothes, temperature, colors outside, etc.)
Do you think Halloween is too commercial these days? Do you miss the traditional costumes? NO. I hate having to be creative, because I stink at it. I am so happy that I can take my kids to Target and say here is the costumes that we have the money for, so pick something. I may be a horrible mom for doing that, but I have way too many others on my plate right now, plus they seem happy.
Do you give out candy? If yes, what kind? Yes, last year I was so cheep that I just handed out the old candy we had here and the nasty candy my kids got earlier in the evening. I know I am ridiculous. This year I just bought bags of assorted candy to go on a poster I made for my boss for boss's day tomorrow, so what is left (which is a ton) I will hand out to the kids.
What has been your favorite costume? As a kid or adult? I can't really think of a favorite costume, however, I have a worst...Picture it, third grade, your mom thinks it's a good idea for you to be your favorite food, bacon and eggs. During the annual school parade everyone keeps asking you why you are a weird ghost with a yellow belly, and why do you have cardboard attached to your arms. I am still a little scarred.
When you were growing up what was the weather like during trick or treating? Did you ever have to wear a heavy coat over your costume? Don't really remember a coat so much, but I do remember it raining, that always sucks.
What was your favorite candy as a kid to get? Ditto, Jeanne. The big Reese's peanut butter cups.
Do you think Halloween costumes today are too provocative for kids and teens? I haven't really seen provocative costumes. What I can't stand is the noncostume, costumes. You know when a kid walks up to your house and has the clothes he/she wore to school and just a mask or weird teeth. Plus, show some manners would ya?
What are your Halloween plans this year since it falls on a Wednesday? Our church is doing a trunk-o-treat, but we are just walking our circle and then off to bed for the two little ones.
I tag Alissa, Fonda, and Connie.

Totally hear you on the bad costume experience! My mom made me a pumpkin one year, complete with wire coat hangers inside to make me fat and round. Then she put me on the BUS that way! I took up the whole seat!
